Abstract:
The use of instant messengers as a new communication channel is a promising direction for improving the efficiency of enterprise management. This is evidenced by the experience of developed enterprises using the technological advantages of instant messengers. Support and customer service; sending messages; promotion and marketing; advertising in social networks as the main directions of using instant messengers at enterprises allow to increase the efficiency of external and internal (corporate) communication of the enterprise. Comparative analysis of the capabilities of corporate messengers allows you to make an informed choice of the desired instant messenger.
