Abstract:
In today's business environment, where competition is steadily growing, effective team management is becoming one of the key success factors for an organization. A good manager-leader can help his team to achieve high results and overcome difficulties, which leads to increased productivity and profits. At the same time, an incorrectly chosen leader or a manager's lack of leadership can lead to low motivation, reduced productivity, and team conflicts. In this paper, we will look at how leadership impact can affect the management of a team and how the right choice of a leader can lead to successful outcomes for an organization. The relevance lies in the fact that in various organizations there are managers who carry both a positive outcome from their activities for the company, and a negative one. The paper presents an analysis of the type of activity of the leader and manager, from which various conclusions are drawn. The reasons for which the manager is obliged to include leadership qualities are also considered. The right manager-leader brings a great outcome not only for the team, but for the entire organization.
