dc.description.abstract The limits of technology are still unknown. It will bring more and more change, and the direction of the world economy will inevitably be influenced by this. On the other hand, specialists in all fields are an important resource for evolution. In this context, those who train future professionals need to be always active, up to date with legislative changes, accounting programs, modern platforms for analyzing data and conveying correct reasoning for interpreting results and finding solutions for specific situations. The burnout phenomenon is becoming a topic of discussion at many international conferences and the consequences can be very serious. Digitization has brought with it many opportunities, but the challenges must be managed in such a way that in 20 years' time they do not balance the benefits. To confirm the existence of this situation, we have highlighted the number of articles of each country, using specific search terms, made a theoretical analysis of the causes that can lead to stress, overload, a list of the main existing solutions, and finally we have concluded that the balance between online and offline must ensure firstly health, and then performance.
