Abstract:
Accounting disciplines such as “Accounting in the Public Food Industry” present unique challenges for stu-dents, largely due to the complexity of the topics addressed. Interactive learning methods provide an effective approach to enhance both theoretical understanding and practical application of these concepts. This article discusses innovative interactive strategies designed to teach this discipline, emphasizing their role in boosting student engagement, academic achievements, and overall motivation.
