Abstract:
This study examines in detail the modern concepts of innovation and competition, and also presents data regarding the implementation of a new innovative business process in the «Viorica-Cosmetic» HR department. The advantages of this implementation are demonstrated, and innovative changes in the production sector of the enterprise are described. The relevance of innovative activities in modern organizations during the fourth industrial revolution is highlighted.
