Abstract:
In the context of constantly changing market conditions and a high level of competition, the national economy is experiencing a number of deep systemic transformations. In connection with this, increasing the innovative activity of enterprises is of particular relevance. This article analyzes current problems of innovation management, namely: lack of funding and resources, incomplete use of technological capabilities, problems in commercialization. Solving these problems requires a comprehensive approach that includes developing an innovation culture within the company, improving innovation management, ensuring sufficient funding and resources, and adapting to changes in the market and technology. Through effective cooperation between the state and small businesses, it is possible to create favorable conditions for business development, stimulate economic growth and promote the well-being of society.
