Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to investigate the market of accommodation offers in the Republic of Moldova, with the ultimate goal of analyzing and observing the current state of existing offers and their dynamics, based on criteria such as location, level of comfort, and tenure in the market. The research period spans from October 2023 to March 2024. A mixed-method approach was employed to conduct the research, combining the analysis of statistical and concrete data with subjective analysis based on reviews provided by consumers. The conclusions drawn are particularly pertinent for comprehending the present situation in the hotel industry and alternative accommodations to hotels. CZU: 332.855.2(478); JEL: Z3, Z32
