Abstract:
Digitization has spread very rapidly in recent years, robots have begun to replace many people's jobs. Tourism
is one of the areas in which automation and robotization are increasingly implemented. In this article, we analyzed the benefits and challenges of robot implementation and automation in various branches of tourism. We have also made an analysis of how tourism companies and agencies will adapt to new trends. Robots can offer a number of benefits, including increased efficiency and a more personalized customer experience.
