Abstract:
The report highlights the importance of the "Psychological Value of Goods and Services" in researching human
behaviour and decision-making. It explores the role of subjective evaluation in buying behaviour, brand importance,
individual well-being, sustainability and technological advances. Objectives include understanding buying behaviour,
analysing factors affecting psychological value, improving consumer experience and promoting sustainability. Data from a questionnaire completed by 69 people formed the basis of the study. Current consumer trends include sustainability, authenticity, experience, diversity, health, technology and adaptability. Companies need to address these concerns to stay relevant.
