| dc.description.abstract | The way items are managed, tracked, and delivered has changed as a result of technological advances incorporation into delivery systems. Latest route optimization software and real-time tracking tools are examples of how technology has simplified processes, increased productivity, and boosted customer satisfaction. This study aims to explore the various ways in which technology integration impacts delivery services and how emerging technologies like drones and robotics, as well as soft and hybrid technologies are redefining the possibilities of delivery services. One of the key areas of focus in this study is the impact of innovative software systems on the delivery processes and customer experience and the complexities involved in integrating technology into delivery services. The findings of this research will offer practical insights for national delivery companies seeking to harness the power of technology to stay ahead in an increasingly competitive market.
