Abstract:
Talent mobility is a crucial aspect in the era of globalization, having a significant impact on innovation worldwide.
This study investigates how talent mobility influences innovative processes and knowledge exchanges globally. By analyzing various relevant perspectives and theories, the research discusses the ways in which talent mobility can catalyze innovation and socio-economic development. One of the main issues addressed in this study is the impact of international student and researcher exchange programs on increasing the exchange of knowledge and experiences between universities and research institutions around the world. It also explores the expansion of freelance or remote work, highlighting the advantages of flexibility and global collaboration opportunities for professionals in various fields. By assessing these and other forms of talent mobility, as well as global innovation patterns, the study highlights key connections between talent mobility and innovative processes. It is argued that facilitating the mobility of talent can increase the rate of innovation and stimulate economic development in various regions and industries.
