Abstract:
RESEARCH OBJECT. It consists of the human resources that operate in the judicial courts at all hierarchical levels in the Republic of Moldova. The purpose of the research is to improve the human resource management system in the judicial courts at all hierarchical levels in the Republic of Moldova in order to enhance institutional performance. RESEARCH OBJECTIVES. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, several objectives have been formulated: 1) researching the theoretical and methodological approaches of human resource management, as well as its implications on the functionality of the organization; 2) investigating the theoretical particularities of human resource management in public sector institutions; 3) dynamic analysis of performance indicators characteristic of judicial courts at hierarchical levels of the judicial system from the perspective of human resource management; 4) assessing the human resource management processes applied in the judicial courts of the Republic of Moldova; 5) retrospective and prospective evaluation of the reform strategies of the judicial system of the Republic of Moldova through the lens of human resources; 6) assessing the elements of the human resource management system in judicial courts through empirical research; 7) identifying and assessing the variables that influence the professional integrity of the staff in the courts; 8) the development of recommendations for improving the human resource management system in the courts. THE RESEARCH STRATEGY. In order to achieve the purpose and objectives of the research, a research strategy was developed consisting of several stages: 1. formulating the research question; 2. establishing research hypotheses; 3. Reviewing the specialized literature; 4. developing the methodological framework of the research; 5. identifying research methods; 6. analysing and discussing the results; and 7 formulating conclusions and recommendations on the researched topic.
