This article analyzes the innovative potential of Moldcell S.A. in the digitalization era, highlighting the company’s opportunities and challenges. The study evaluates Moldcell's innovation strategies, focusing on the company’s material, human, intellectual, and financial potential. The company invests in advanced technologies, promotes a creative work environment, and implements effective strategies to stimulate innovation. However, the company faces challenges such as legislative barriers, infrastructure limitations, and resistance to change. Despite these obstacles, Moldcell continues to lead in technological innovation, particularly with its innovative services, strengthening its position as a key player in Moldova's telecommunications sector.
