dc.description.abstract In an increasingly interconnected world, multilingual education is crucial for determining global employment prospects. This article examines how career mobility, employability, and professional success are affected by multilingualism, specifically in the context of teaching English as a foreign language (EFL). In addition to language proficiency, from the viewpoint of an educator, it looks at how EFL training develops critical thinking, flexibility, and cultural intelligence—all of which are essential skills for succeeding in global labour markets. By incorporating real-world applications like business communication, workplace scenarios, and job preparation skills, educators can help bridge the gap between education and employment. Moreover, the article explores the benefits of multilingualism in gaining access to higher-paying jobs, remote work options, and international career pathways while tackling issues like student motivation, socioeconomic inequality, and changing industry demands. The use of digital resources, experiential learning, and functional language instruction are highlighted as best practices for EFL teachers. The article concludes by highlighting the significance of teachers in both teaching English and preparing students for success in the global workforce.
