Abstract:
The factors that determine the quality of a tourist service include meeting customer expectations, safety, promptness and accuracy of execution, comfort, information content, aesthetics and accessibility. Tourism, like any economic activity, the main goal of which is consumer satisfaction, can be achieved only through the quality of the services provided and obtaining profit. The Republic of Moldova is a country with a developed wine industry, being considered one of the world leaders in this field. The wine industry has successfully boosted wine tourism in the country. The study undertaken to assess the quality of tourist services at the agro-pension "Vinăria Poiana" is current because it was analyzed for the first time. Classical research methods were used: empirical observation, quantitative, qualitative analysis and comparison, synthesis, survey, SWOT analysis, etc. The results obtained contributed to the correction by improvement of the package of tourist services provided by the agro-pension "Vinăria Poiana".
