dc.description.abstract In the context of accelerated globalization and the volatility of the economic environment, supply chains have become essential strategic components for maintaining the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations. Agility and resilience have become increasingly important in recent years, as supply chain shocks have become more frequent. The present study examines the role of supply chain agility and customization as determinants of organizational quality and resilience. The research proposes to study the conceptual framework that correlates operational flexibility, adaptability to market demands and the organizations ability to respond effectively to internal and external disruptions. The analysis carried out in this study shows that, in a business environment characterized by dynamism and rapid change, traditional and rigid supply chain models encounter difficulties in adapting to the constantly evolving demands of consumers, market trends or unexpected disruptions. In this context, agile supply chains become essential, contributing to reducing reaction times, optimizing logistics flows and improving process quality by strengthening communication and collaboration between organizations. At the same time, personalization of supply processes — supported by data analysis, strategic partnerships and constant adaptation to customer needs — enhances the ability to innovate and maintain high quality standards. The research results demonstrate that the integration of these two dimensions leads to an increase in organizational resilience, expressed in the ability to anticipate risks, cope with external shocks and quickly return to an optimal operational level. In conclusion, we support the need to adopt a systemic vision of supply chains, in which agility and personalization become key tools for strengthening organizational quality and sustainability.
